A New Beginning

Inspired by a recent podcast discussion between Tim Ferriss and Seth Godin and a Saturday afternoon stroll with a good friend, I’m attempting to instill a few daily habits

  1. Write something in public
  2. Meditate and/or plank pose
  3. Be grateful and mindful of what I have

With these in focus the bigger picture should fall into place, is the theory at least. The first will no doubt affect you the most, as you will hopefully experience a daily pang of pleasure with each wordy morsel on this blog.

Thank you both for your enduring support. This is finally 2016.
